I got a backup laptop for pace of mind during gigs. I can’t seem to get my Hercules RMX controller to communicate with VDJ correct. I’ve downloaded the latest driver and I know the USB and controller are fine because they run fine on my other laptop. I can get audio to run from the controller to speakers but no commands (jog wheels, EQ’s, etc) from the controller work back to VDJ. If it helps the new laptop is windows 11 and the primary one is running windows 10. Any help is appreciated.

Correct, just downloaded the latest drivers last night. I’ve tried 3 of the USB ports and no changes to the performance. It’s a high-end gaming laptop so it has tons or ports.

I meant USB-3 ports. Its a type of USB port.
