I pay for a subscription and my controller stops working after a bit of playing just like if you didn't have a subscription....WTF ???

And if license, make sure you are logged into same account as you are posting with here on the forum.
Look in the license tab in VirtualDJ settings, to verify

yeah everything is the way it should be i checked over everything a couple of times and still stops working

What controller is it? and what happens when it "stops working" ?
is it the audio that drops out? is it the controller that loses connection to the software and faders dont work? does the light turn off at the controller? etc
so there is some hint to what could be the case
