I bought the VirtualDJ Pro Infinity license a year ago and linked to my account dr.okello@gmail.com
When I logged in this month I discovered it's missing in account.
I have sent a support request but hope to get feedback from here (whichever is faster).
How do I regain access to my license? I have logged into the correct account that I have used since purchase.
