Is the drive fat32 formatted?

Yes sir, looking back under export it only shows 2 of my drives when I have 5 total connected.

I just got to work and didn’t bring my laptop so I can’t screenshot anything till tonight.

In case it wasn't clear:
It needs to be FAT32, not exFAT or anything else..
Can you post a screenshot of drives utility that shows the T7 drive ?

Something's wrong with that drive.
First of all it was not formatted properly.
While there are tools that will format FAT32 drives to more than 32GB, those drives are not guaranteed to work under all cases. Like here.. The drive is formatted as a 500GB FAT32 partition. And MAC says 0 bytes free.
Because most likely it cannot process the drive properly.

Since this is not your drive, I cannot give you an answer that will work.
But if it was your drive, I would suggest to format it as exFAT, or NTFS (if you have Paragon installed on your MAC) or APFS.
Of course the drive would still wouldn't work for CDJ Export, but that's another story.
Also I don't know about CDJ-3000 but I doubt older equipment like CDJ-2000NXS2 would be able to read it.
I know a lot of people have trouble with 64GB USB sticks allready and Pioneer officially supports up to 32GB (the limit of FAT32)

PS: HFS+ also works for CDJ drives

Ok I’m gonna take the drive to work and use my windows machine there to format it to FAT32 and then try it again.

It’s a Samsung T7 SSD drive .

I have to use FAT32 because that’s all I can use on Denon players

It is expanded, what you see is all that there is.

Perhaps it's not necessary to format it.
Check if Windows can read it first.
If it works on Windows, then it's just that it's not supported (at this capacity) on MAC OS.

It shows up on windows but I cant see an option to format to FAT32, its only showing me EXFAT which you said wont work.

Its Windows 11, any advice on how to do this??

Thanks

EDIT

Nevermind, I'm using the command prompt to format it

How was the drive formated as FAT32 in the first place ?
If I remember correctly, DiscGenius (a free Windows application) should be able to format it to FAT32 with size bigger than 32GB, but I have to format something to FAT32 (that's not a USB stick / SD card) probably more than a decade..

I used my Mac's disk utility to format it.

Ok why won't this work?? I can move playlists from Engine DJ over to the drive but VDJ refuses to let me use it!!

its formatted the right way!

What is going on here?? My WD SSD 500gb works just fine so Im not understanding the issue here??

Heres the 2 that are showing up and 1 is FAT32 while the other is EXFAT

All my drives are either EXFAT or FAT32 yet VDJ only sees what it wants to see.

What is going on??

You can try right-click on the CDJ folder and select 'show all drives'
