Tema: My headphone volumes are distorted and low
Just started having issues with my headphone volume during gigs. It is very distorted and volume is very low. Anyone know what is going on? Thank you. I have Virtual DJ PRO 2020 Infinity.

Hello,
I rotated the photo because I couldn't tilt my neck.

Adjusted settings to match yours. Let’s see if that makes a difference. Thank you!

You could have just taken a screenshot as requested.

First thought, are your headphones damaged? second thought, are you using an adapter to go from 1/4 in to 1/8, Ive had those go bad

Older headphone yes, but works fine in other devices. I don’t like that the headphone jack is at the front of the ddj-1000 unit where I sometimes inadvertantly lean on it. I like the headphone jacks on top of the controller. I contacted Pioneer Tech Support about this issue. I have yet to hear back from VDJ.

The ddj-1000 offers two headphone jacks. 1/4 and 3.5mm. I’m using the 3.5mm right now. Going to try the 1/4 once adapter arrives later today.

Problem Solved! Went into my laptop settings. Distortion in headphone is gone!

Settings - System - Power and Sleep - Additional Power Settings - Changed Power 4 Gear High Performance to Balance (Recommended)
