Tema: Hercules inpulse 500 - controls jumping

Hi Everyone,

Just wondering of anyone has had a problem with a Hercules Impulse 500 controller gain and eq knob/s jumping when using them? The high eq and now the gain jumps from high to low on their own when I don't touch them thus making it hard to adjust the volume and also mix songs. I've tried reuploading vdj but it seems it's the controller.
Any advice would be appreciated before I get a new controller as it seems it will either cost a load to get it looked at or no one will touch it.

You can check if it's actually the controller sending unwanted midi commands

a bit of connections sprey while controller off and move the pitch fader up and down a few times usually sorts the problem out, not always if the slider is physically damaged but worth a try
