How do i resolve this issue
Controller is not working with the program
And all the volumes are muted and cant raised them up

Which controller,
What OS and version
Which build of VDJ
possibly a sceenshot of your audio setup
did it once work, and now it does not..?
was there an update
etc..
first thing to check:
without any info.. have you checked the controllers input.. should be set to USB (or similar), NOT Line/phono,
