What's the best Latency settings for virtual dj? I don't have a really fast laptop but it's not that slow but I notice sometimes whenever I play music the songs skip. Whats ultra Latency should in have this turned on?

depends a bit on your platform and soundcard..
But assuming you are on windows, and use asio drivers, set to 0 (automatic) in VirtualDJ.
And in the brands asio settings, try set 256, 512 or even 1024 if needed
that should fix it, and 512 samples is usually plenty
Can also try this tool to detect any resource hog background process should you need really high latency buffer : https://www.resplendence.com/latencymon

This is really a question of how low can you set it without ever hearing any pops from setting it too low. The answer depends on the capabilities of your setup really, but the lower you can get it the better because this means there will be minimal delay between your actions and the results heard coming out of your speakers. Too high of latency and it becomes difficult or impossible to do things in time with the music.
