Would like to create an undo load track keyboard mapping (similar to another DJ software program) Can this be done in VDJ?

Applogies for the concise response, but he's trying to teach you how to attempt to answer your own question instead of relying on the forum where possible (teach a man how to fish instead of depending on the fish market), which you'll greatly benefit from while using the software.
The verb you are looking for is undo_load.
All of the possible verbs you can use are listed here. It is also helpful if you looking at existing mappings for controllers, which you can find more information for under the Controllers section of the User Manual.
