I would like to know if someone has any scripts for crossfader effects like Djay pro. If so Am I able to get it.

Please look up Mix FX (#7) in the User Manual here.

Through vdjscript usages there are endless possibilities too.

I Know about the mix effects, but wondering if stems vocal or any stems effects can be added to to crossfader effects.

So looking up older posts, it seems like it might be an involved process if you were to try to use the Mix FX interface:

At the very least, it seems that

  1. The list for Mix FX is hardcoded
  2. The traditional effects do not work with it
  3. FX can be made to specifically work with it through the SDK but it would have to be called by name as a parameter to effect_mixfx.


It would probably be a bit involved to write it via pure vdjscript (perhaps @locodog/other script experts have tried it/have a template for it?)

Adding stem based transitions to the current list is probably a feature suggestion
