Tópico: Help Headphones DDJ-FLX4 not working
Hey everyone, I'm quite new here, I'm trying to use my headphones with my DDJ-FLX4 but is not working, I've tested with Rekordbox and there it works perfectly fine.

this is my current audio config, I've also tried using the same channels for master and headphones.

yes I have reviewed this before but I can't find any difference to my current setup
 
Additional info in case it helps:
I'm using Windows
VirtualDJ v2025 b8472
 
Check VDJ setting headphonesGain. Should be set around 0.5

yes it's set to 0.5
I've also tried with split headphones and equalizer in headphones, but still not working :c
And I've tested the audio output through Windows and there the headphones work (headphones connected to the Controller)
I've somehow made it work by connecting my headphones to my Screen and using that audio output, but it's not the ideal setup of course
 
Maybe try to turn on exclusiveAudioAccess option in VirtualDJ and see if that helps
 
Mapper deffault? set to default.
Also can check the right working and funtion assing of
Phones volume : headphone_volume
phones mix : headphone_mix
cue channel buttons & cue master button PFL : pfl
when you push switch or turn knoob must be see change in right box.
If still muted try changue assigment of phones controller channels
Phones controller channels are 3&4. In audio configuration assing master to this channels and confirm it works, like master output.
so can assing channels 1&2 of flx or native card to phones and check if you could control the phones volume using phones level and phones mix, remember you need activate CUE buttons of each channel and master.
for more support take a screenshots of audio setup and copy of list of options.
