I think there is bug in the software with DJ2GO2 Touch . i bought a new one and everytime I hook it up , and the 3mil out of the unit, i get crackles and pops. i have to run the 3mil to rca from my laptop sound card and that clears it up. i bought all new wires thinking that was it, but it didn't help. Help please.
The other unit i used for years before i got this was the DJ2GO and never had any problems. I am using windows 10 and virtual DJ version v2025 b8502 Thanks

One of the first things to try is to make sure the Operating system IS NOT using the controller's built-in soundcard as the default playback device.
Operating systems tempt to set a new audio device as default playback device, which could lead to unwanted results (OS and other running apps will try to use the same audio device).
