I have a ddj-flx10 and a ddj-800 and the laptop with the flx10 lags and stuttters while playing tracks we upgrded the laptop to a core i5, 16gb of ram and nothings changed.
on the laptop with the ddj800 when we touch the jog wheels it makes a squeal noise and we don't know how to fix that either
why do they do this and is there anyway to fix it? weve tried reinstalling, resetting laptops, changing laptops, changing mixers and dj decks but they still do ot, how do we fix it?

Providing some technical specs from your laptop(s) would be a nice place to start..
