Hi Everyone
I just wanted to let you all know that in addition to some minor tweaks via PowerSettingsExplorer, the setting that seemed to make the BIGGEST different for me was two fold.
1. I disabled HPET in Windows 11. Go to Device Manager, System Devices, and find High Performance Event Timer, right click and disable. This gave me the best LatencyMon results I've ever had.
2. Regarding Stems in VDJ, for some reason under the stem settings my "Don't use GPU" box was checked and that was why my CPU was going insane. Unchecked and I've been a happy guy since. Testing out for the first gig since these changes tomorrow so I'll let everyone know if I get any buzzing or audio dropouts.

Good to hear you finally got them resolved.
It would kind of make sense, since for most people, stems is via used via the GPU and Its known that HPET can increase your GPU performance slightly (not for everyone, eps if you have an AMD based processor)
Either way it's good feedback to share and hopefully help others.

For anyone considering this you should read up on the pros and cons and also check it's suitable for your machine before diving in.
