How do I delete this God-aweful sampler? I cant get rid of it....absolute trash of a sampler

You want to delete the entire sampler? You can't - it's built in to the software (same as other DJ software).
If you don't use samples, don't use the sampler.

I do use samplers, I have my own sampler folders for live remixes on the fly, video overlays etc. I just dont want clutter, having to go through the crappy built in samples in order to use the user uploaded or my own samplers

Ah OK so you want to delete samples (no R), not sampler or samplers.
You can turn off the default banks in the main VDJ settings.
