I have a video with a resolution of 1918x1080p (AVC MP4).
If 'Blur Black Bars' is enable, and I load the video into it as the FIRST non 16:9 video for that deck, the video is completely black, disabling 'Blur Black Bars' shows the video normally but it will change to black again when 'Blur Black Bars' is enabled.
Once I have loaded any other non 16:9 video into that deck, the video will show correctly, altho I believe it is stretched to 1920x1080 as there is no discernable blur toggling (however since it would only be 1 pixel top & bottom so I may be missing it).
This error is on a per-deck basis, so I have to ensure a non 16:9 video has been played (with 'Blur Black Bars' on) prior to loading the video in each deck.
Setting 'letterBoxing' is set to "bars".
It's not a massive issue but I thought I should bring it to your attention since I have not encountered this error before & have 'Blur Black Bars' on by default whenever I'm working.

Seems to work fine from the first video here.
What's the exact order you used to reproduce the issue?
(Activate video engine, enable blur black bars on master video fx, then load the video to the deck?)
