I tried broadcasting video on Mixcloud about 5 years ago and all viewers tuned to the stream experienced a continuous glitch, which I verified myself. Thinking it was an issue with Mixcloud, I terminated my sub with them.
Only to find out 3 weeks ago that the exact same glitch is happening also on attempting to broadcast video to LFG.tv. It is not the computer or Windows versions, as the one used 5 years ago is completely different than the one used today. One was using Windows 10, the current one is using Windows 11.
I have fiber connection with 30Mps upstream, so it can not be that, as it happens also broadcasting in 720p instead of 1080p. As for the VDJ video options, I tried them all it seems, framerate (tried 24, 25, 30), microframes gen, etc
I don't think I can upload a video on here to demonstrate the glitch so I will have to host it somewhere... That glitch is unbearable for the viewers

Just saying it's "a glitch" isn't really adequate for anyone to offer a diagnosis. Neither is saying "it's not the computer" when you've not provided any specs. Maybe it's underpowered.
What kind of thing are you broadcasting? Do you have a camera attached? What is it? How is it connected? Are you involving any other software i.e. OBS? Are you using a wired LAN connection?
I broadcast to Twitch twice a week at 720p over a wired 940Mb upstream feed using a Canon M50 mk2 via HDMI into an Alienware laptop (dedicated NVIDIA GPU) running both Resolume and VirtualDJ without any glitches.
