I make auto payments to Payproglobal. I just bought a new laptop to load VDJ onto. I purchased the subscription several months ago but have not been using it. So, today I load the software onto my new laptop. I wanted to change the email that I used originally to my business name. I think that is where the problem happened. After several attempts of trying to change my email, I suddenly get an email from Payproglobal that my account was terminated and that I will not be able to renew.
Does this mean that if I resubscribe with my new email that I lose all of the credit towards the $299 price? I've been paying $20 dollars most of this year. Had I known that changing my account email would have caused such a problem I would never have tried to do it. Perhaps a prompt or two from the program would have been nice to alert me.

Best to contact support if you are unable to renew your subscription.
Note that the subscription is just a subscription, it is not a payment plan toward the one time pro infinity license.
