Dear VirtualDJ Team,
It would be very helpful if VirtualDJ could visually mark the currently playing track inside any playlist or folder view.
Right now, when I’m scrolling through long playlists, it’s hard to find which tracks are currently live on the decks.
I’m suggesting something simple, for example:
-Highlight the row of the playing track with a different background color,
-Add a small “Now Playing” icon / animation beside it,
-Or any other subtle visual indicator that makes the active track easy to spot at a glance.
This would make it much easier to find the tracks that I am looking for in different playlists.
Thank you for considering my request.
Best regards,
ONYX Music.

Hmmm surely you can see what's playing on each deck by looking at the decks! You can also hear what's playing. Presumably you chose the tracks too, a few moments ago.
By default the tracks are marked in the browser after they've played for a certain time (which can be changed).

that would be the "loaded on" field?

Ah if there's a field, could a script change the track colour by checking it? Maybe include deck default colour?

Personally I use a color filter rule to achieve the same thing..
As you can see the track that's loaded on a deck is marked to turn "Yellow"
Also I make sure I don't use Yellow for any other color rule.
therefore it always stands out in a list.

Haha it's so often the case - VDJ can already do it!
