How do I sync the bpm even if they have a huge bpm difference? It always decides to x2 the bpm instead of matching the number.

Manually move the pitch slider so the bpm is roughly in the correct range that you want and then press sync

No, but if you have auropitchlock enabled you might have to disable pitch lock before manually moving the pitch because otherwise the other deck will follow
