I want to set analyze to Normal instead od Dynamic. It seems after the last patch that it defaults to dynamic, but there no option to change it.

Do you mean fluid bpm analysis?
If so, in the BPM editor there's one button for stable and one for fluid

To add to @Adion's note, the new release always scans for stable grid, and does fluid only if it determines it needs to.
If you want just stable always (and never auto scan fluid), switch the fluidAnalysis setting to manual.
