Hi,
Will the data of your songs be affected by the new update? I have a gig tomorrow evening, and I need to know if I should wait to update or not.
thanx,
D.

In atomix folder there is atomixinternaldatabase file. Copy and paste this file in a differend folder. Install new version and replace the new interlal file with your saved internal file.

I believe you only need to save the database file if you are doing an uninstall first. Just installing this new version over the old version shouldn't harm the database.

The only infos that are not keeped from 2.0 to 2.1 are the level information.
So if you intend to use auto-gain, you should rescan your songs.

it would be a good thing to rescan your songs, definitly.
2.1 includes improved auto-level functionality - it really does work better now. rescanning them all will set the proper levels before you play the tracks.
It's easier in 2.1! Just select all the files you want to scan in the file browser window, right click, select analyze... it also seems the process is quicker in 2.1
