which one do you prefer?
is there anybody using a desktop pc in a night club?
which one can you offer me? i had a laptop before but i have sold it. Now i am not sure about buying a new one(128 mb ram celeron1.1 15 GB HDD) or using a desktop pc (756 mb ram 80GB hdd with LCD panel) in my cabinet?

I use my desktop with a flat panel. Just put the computer on the floor and the flat screen fits infront of the mixer. I also attached a handle to my computer case for mobility. I don't see a need for a laptop, got a high end sound card and other accesories in my desktop...

First club I deejay'd in I used a desktop in front of about 600 people. Felt a bit odd and had some strange looks. Now I use a Sharp laptop which generates loads of interest and looks well respectable. Even more so than final scratch

I am using a laptop. Pentium III at 900 MH, 256 MB Ram.
The trouble with laptops is that it is not as easy to find
good quality sound cards, etc. It is much easier to find
a wide selection of accessories for desk tops with PCI
connections.

I made a rack mount computer. I also use a flat panel display.
