Tópico: Change bitrate of my mp3 file's

I had ones a little program to change the bitrates of my mp3 files, but i lost the program and name.
Is there sombody who can help me to recover and find this software (it whas free).

for re-encoding files... try Gold Wave...
 
i had a free software for this job but i dont remember the name but i am sure that i downloaded it from www.tucows.com try there
 
www.rightclickmp3....sets bitrate from 32 right up to 320...and its free
 
Please sombody give me a good link to a free program that can reduce my bitrate's???

Please i realy need it bad.
