don't see a room to post this kind of message, but here goes....
I purchased many years ago AtomixMP3, and i had a login/password for this site.
Though my user and password are both valid as per your wesite replies, it says I am not registered.
I recently purchased VirtualDj, since I used that same email address, i cannot login in or even add my serial number to this current profile.
Can someone please help, I have sent many emails, with out a single reply.

Thanks to all you for your replies.
I was able to change my email address to the real one i used when I purchased VirtualDj, after saving it, I then put my serial number and all is good.
Over all feelings is that there is no one at virtualDj answering any emails.
If I had not tried a few tricks to register using incorrect info, then changing it to the real info I still would be locked out of this forum.
I just want to add the software is awsome, VirtualDj just needs to work on customer communication skills, at the very least they need to answer emails.

Hmm.. I think they answer all their mails. Sometimes after a few days, but in my case I've recieved answers. Depending on issiues it could sometimes take longer. Maybe they are up to other things atm.. give it time,.
