Hi, I just got the hercules DJ Console, it works great apart from one thing. When I hook it up to my exteral sounds system (A DVD player with surround sound) there is a significant delay in the sound between what i hear in the headphones, and what comes out of the speakers. When they are perfectly matched in my headphones and the speakers, I move the crossfader over but the beats are skipping. Right now Ihave to put the headphones down and just adjust it as i'm mixing but this should not be like this.
Any idea if I can fix this?

Sounds like a problem with ur DVD player. I have a technics reciever i occasionally hook up and manage this with no latency at all... See if you can adjust the latency settings in ur DVD player (not sure how mind)
