Tema: 2 soundcards problem

Este tópico es antiguo y puede contener información incorrecta para la nueva versión.

Hi there,

i'm using virtual dj 3.1 for the pc which works fine.
i'm using 2 soundcards...one for output to my speakers and one for output to my headphones....which works fine as well...
there's only one problem, when i matched beats in my headphone, and i mix in, the record i just matched with my headphones isn't matched when it comes out of the speakers...so my second soundcard gives some sort of delay...
is there any chance you know what it could be?
tnx in advance!

BFiction,

Which sound cards do you have?, Virtual works fine with only one 4.1 soundcard (or better). Now we are in the version 3.2, the version you are using could give troubles.

2 soundcards is not supported in the demo....

and i would not trust any cracked versions to give good results :)

I use an onboard Soundmax card and a Creative Audigy PCI.
I use the 4.1 option of my Audigy right now.
but there are several reasons why i wanna use 2 soundcards:

-my headphones are now connected to the rear output of my Audigy, but the output volume is not loud enough.

-i want to record my mixes with third party software (soundforge)
when i record with soundforge it records both front and rear outputs! so the sound from my headphones is recorded too. i haven't found a way to record only the front.

logicaly, my onboard soundcard outputs the sound faster than the PCI card....
is there any way to sync them?

I don't use the demo.
All functions of the 3.1 work perfectly.
but there seems to be a problem with my soundcards, not the program!

contact e-service and explain your issues.
tell them what version you use etc.

I can assure you, cracked versions of VirtualDJ will give you problems with the soundcards, and i wouldn't trust them as they could destroy your hardware.
