I have purchased this setup and I am almost sure it will work but I figured I would ask the pros so I have a Numark Battle pack with 2 1625 Direct Drive TTs a DF 950 2- Channel Mixer and a purchased copy of VDJ and 2 TCV and a sound card with these specs, will this work for a new inexperinced scratch wannabe DJ

If You are going to buy a Creative Sound Card use X-Fi Platinum instead of Audigy 2 ZS Platinum (these two (or better) are the only ones that work with VDJ and TCVs, X-Fi do it better.
The description you made is for a simple Audigy 2 ZS soundcard, and you need a "Platinum" series sound card to work with TCVs.
You can also use a M-Audio Delta 44 or Delta 66 which are a professional use soundcard and works with VDJ and TCVs.
