Hi, does the HerculesDJ Console Mk2 allow recording of musice and voice using a microphone? I have tried and the music is recorded fine but the voice does not recorded or is too low to hear.

On DJ Console MK2, you can select the audio input you record on input 1/2 in DJ Console MK2 control panel (on the control panel, in bottom left button), so you select the audio input you want, either line in (input 1/2) or microphone In, but you don't mix both analog inputs in the same input 1/2.
If you are in VirtualDJ, and you want to record your music mix together with your microphone input, the simplest solution is to
1) loop an audio output: you have 2 output 1/2, 1 in dual RCA, 1 in jack 1/8", so you can listen 1 and loop the other output in a line in: either your computer sound card line input or your DJ Console MK2 line input
2) select the line in source your want to use as recording source (Start > Settings > Control Panel > Sounds and Audio peripherals > Audio) and select your the line in you want to use as Sound Recording default device
3) Run Windows Media and record while mixing with VirtualDJ.
