please.- i conect my console dj mk2 to the usb and it says that had found new hardware.... it requires to install and when i try to instal says that have incompatiilities with xp... it was working perffectly until a week. some body can help me????

upgrade the DJConsole firmware (in the hercules site), and go to Hercules to claim this problems

Are you using the same USB port you installed it on? That's what usually causes this sort of error with USB devices.
