I tried searching the forms with no luck so here goes.

The VDJ manual states:
To also note a special directory named "Sound Cards", located inside the directory "desktop", lists the entires available. Loaded on a turntable/desk, an entry will display the curve of rate/rhythm coressponding to the music recorded by the card, thus allowing you to syncronize to an external source (another DJ playing on CD or Vinyl, percussionist, etc.)

HOW DO YOU MAKE THIS WORK???

My setup:
Laptop w/plenty of horse power
Maya 44 USB
Internal Soundcard with Microphone in.
TCV
Tech 12's & mixer

Whenever I drag my Internal soundcard to a desk VDJ freezes up, or just quits.

What I am looking to do, is have input into the MIC in on the internal soundcard, and be able to "display the curve of rate/rhythm coressponding to the music recorded by the card, thus allowing you to syncronize to an external source" like the manual says.

Any thoughts?

It doesnt work in ASIO mode. Has been disucussed before. Use VDJ in internal mode and it will work.
