OK I've had it now. I attemp to speak with Technical Support 4 days ago about a ripper issue and no body wants to get back with me. When I am asking questions about spending my money and how this is going to work for me you guys are like its great and works well it doesn't. So as of now I am returning this until someone wants to give me a straight answer and stop avoiding me. The forum shows of a couple other people who have had this problem and they are being advised to purchase outside programs. for 150$ they shouldn't have to. I am reversing my charges today if I don't get a answer on why this program is not working.

There are better methods of getting support's attention Charles.
I have searched the eservice folders and see not a single one by djcharles.

No result in folders

No result in messages

So lets try it again.

If you have a question or wish to check the status on an eservice ticket you may do so by clicking help, and "view my tickets".

WHAT'S THE QUESTIONS!!!??? I'd like a crack at it!

I've NEVER sent a message to Technical Support and posted in these forums, or Googled it, and gotten my answer.... so WHAT is the question?
