This just started today and can't get rid of it. When I open up VDJ with the Hercules pluged in the DJC Mapper v2.0 by DJ Cell" keeps opening up and won't let me control my settings. Any help would greatly appreciated.................Mike

It's normal, when if have finish to map the controller save your settings and minimize the mapper windows.
Every time when you re-open VDJ minimize the mapper and use VDJ.

It Is NOT normal. I had the controller for 5 months and this crap has never opened up and not let me use and save the settings even in the program when using the controller. It has to be a bug

If you like to use the DJC Mapper v2.0 you have only this solution, for me is not a bug but in any case ask to DJ Cel.

I don't like to use it. Everything was working perfectly until the mapper showed up. Now I am limited and disgusted

Yea, DJMapper 2.0 has some issues - first the mapping part doesn't work 100% - I wanted to remap volume slider for pitch and pitch knob for volume, it worked on deck A, but didn't on deck B. And that's only 1 time, after restart they both started going start/stop all the time, no matter what I did (load, remap, save, etc).
So the only thing I use DJMAPPER is for loop remaps as 1=4, 2=8, 3=16. Everything else I don't use.
Another MAJOR problem for me is that the pitch control is now .3 - .5 of BPM, as opposed to .1 on original. So you can't match it perfectly manually, you have to press automatch. On top of that, somehow it remembers how much pitch up or down it had on previous track and applies it right away on current.
For example:
you had a track at 100. You adjusted tempo to 105, which is 5% increase.
OK, so next track you put in (same deck), let's say it's 110. I need 111. So by turning knob to increase, I'm not getting 111.1 or 111.3, I get 110+5%, which is 116. Right away, immediately. Bad, VERY BAD, especially when you're trying to adjust the pitch just a little bit during live track, not the cued up one.
So the only way to do it is to adjust the pitch manually when you load the track up, then you're OK.
So you gain, you loose....
And, pitch control doesn't have any adjustments in mapper, at least I don't remember seing any.
I think it needs a bugfix.

You id it dami. I had the same problem with the pitch and volume controls, as well as the loop speeds.
I figured out how to solve the problem. Uninstall the mapper. It Sucks

Yea, no kidding. Too bad, as the reprogrammed 1 2 3 loop keys to 4 8 and 16 are really handy.
