My problem is that giaport analog out only works on channel 1 and 2. 3 and 4 stop working for some reason. i cheked the gigaport with another dj program and it works fine. please help

@djspooknic -- Are you using the Advance Config choice? The option above the Hercules pic in the sound cards tab?
@thedancer -- buy the full version and you can use the gigaport beyond 1&2
