You also have something with your capslock :-)
(it's easier to read not all uppercase, please, e.g. someone may think you are shouting ...)
Do you have administartor privileges ?
Are you using "multi user" option in the settings ? try to switch it other way as it is now.
How many files you have, and what version are you using?
