Hi I would like to know if you can record a music video mix with virtual dj. And if so what are the ways to do so. I would just like to have this info before i buy the complete setup.

There is no such feature built-in Virtual DJ, you can only record audio. However, this has been discussed before, and there are solutions to fill your wish, requiring a video capture card. Search around the community and you'll find your answers! Hope to see you joining us soon! :)

Or use an external DVD recoder or Hard disk recorder or old vcr. You might get problems if your pc has to play 2 video clips, running effect / transition plugins, capture and record your mix all at the same time.

there's a new software that can record your video mixes directly onto your hard disk , you don't need anything ese, I mean a video capture card or vcr, you just need to download this software and start recording www.fraps.com Note: you need to start fraps program before running vdj.
