Hello,
an Italian customer has a problem...when the Crossfader starts VDJ with DJC MKII is moved calmly from the center towards left...while from the center towards right it does not arrive to the end that returns behind alone...because?...sometimes he begins to move just alone from right on the left...could depend on the defective MKII?

one of 3.....
1. its broken
2. it has a hardware conflict with other hardware (try different usb port)
3. it is underpowered... Hercules need FULL usb power, so try to connect it to a powered usb hub (cheap) or get power cord for the console

Hello dj-in-norway,
the problem has been resolved…but not to ask me like…because I do not know…the customer to it has held the DJC connected to the Notebook…that in its turn (the Notebook) is remained lacking in the commercial power for two days…turned out?…it has reconnected the Notebook to the commercial power and hour it works…also on the Desktop…infinite thanks for your support…and pardons to me if I have disturbed to you…
