when i go tio start and look in my hercules coluem there is no file for that how do i find a file to use it

I had the same problem. On the first install the shortcuts are missing to the software in:
C:Program FilesHerculesAudioDJ Console SeriesMk2
I would suggest unhooking the device, reinstalling the software but DO NOT plug in the device before the software is installed.
So unplug, reinstall (leave the software as it is, don't uninstall it).
but before doing that, try just updating the softwar by using the update in this folder:
C:Program FilesHerculesAudioDJ Console SeriesMk2updater
That should get the shorcuts back. If you need any help, just let me know.
(please note the backslash is removed)
