Tópico: VDJ Freezing during live mixes on my laptop.

Everytime I am doing a function or a live mix, the VDJ software while playing a song decides to freeze.
The point in the song that it freezes on continues to repeat. I have to always have an emergency track on cd player ready.I am running of the MKII and laptop with external HD. I have updated with the latest version. Does anyone have any theories on what the problem may be ?

Hi there,

Not sure exactly what the problem might be, but it's always a good idea to post your computer specs (every detail you can think of!), if you were running any other programs at the times when it happens, and anything else you can think of!

PC Specs as follows:

IBM Thinkpad R50 series

1.5GHz processor
256 MB ram
40 Gig HD and ext 160gig HD for songs.
and obviously the MKII.

I think I may need to upgrade my laptop though. Please let me know if anyone has any feedback on specs for new laptop, and is there any advantages using an apple?
