my vdj 4 stops at about 2% everytime, yesterday... help..? Hope its better today, can a staff member read my ticket to unlock my acc again please.

Did you try on another computer? Maybe with another browser?
 
yes, i did try with IE. I use mostly firefox.
 
Nobody can send you his/her install because everyone is uniq and works only with one serial. Nobody can't help you here, contact e-service.
