In VDJ preferences under Remote Controllers tab where you have to enable/disable DJC, zou have function for that too.

.. and I can tell you from experience that I use the jog wheels on my HDJC mk2 almost exclusively for jog/nudge and rarely for scratching. Just make the change as Xeon states, and you will be set.
Also, I believe some skins have a switch to go between jog and scratch modes, but couldn't tell you which skins.

You are welcome ;) i can send you a modified skin to change this option. I modified mix station skin for VDJ 3.4.
