why in the Video tap i they only choise for TV out pot is (windows) and i cant give the video out

Depending on your videocard, there's an option to choose whether your computer will output to a second monitor. Check your videocard properties. I know on mine i can get to it by right clicking on my desktop, properties, settings, advanced. You should be able to see you graphics card here then select properties & configure it to output to a second monitor/screen. With mine, the option isn't selectable unless i've connected the second monitor so hook it up first then try. Hope it helps, remember not all video cards r the same so i'm just giving you a rough idea. After this you'll have the option to select which output you want within virtualdj video tab.
