I'm a very new user. I used to DJ in clubs before computers were used (only had a mixer and a pair of Technics 1200's). So I'm very new to digital DJing. I bought the Hercules MKII so I didn't have to dig through all of my vinyl to mix a few songs or try to find rare matches of LP's that I wanted to beat juggle or phase shift or whatever and something I could easily messing with at my desk rather than working in the garage (hot in Texas). So far I like the tools, the lag on the decks vs vinyl is weird, but I can adjust and of course the loops and efx make me laugh at how hard we worked to do the same with turntables.
Back to my point, I have been very impressed with the VDJ Tech Support and member support. As far as my limited dealings, they have been speedy and courteous. Just wanted to see how the rest of the members here were faring.
