I was looking at all the skins, and noticed that they have rankings on them from 1 to 5 stars.
My skin is four star, which I guess isn't bad, but what does that mean? Is it just one person's opinion, or is it based on how compliant and feature-filled the skin is, or how many downloads it has.
What would it take to get my skin up to 5 stars?
For that matter, what would it take to get my skin submitted? I've tried three times to submit the newest version, and it still hasn't appeared yet :( I think there's a bug in the submission program.

I hope that DJ Format is joking. In any case, I think that the rating system could be improved and many users requested the ability to sort skin by date.

I hope that's meant to be jocular as well, but it's hard to tell.
