I found the problem, well you guys helped me alot to avail but man, I was almost in tears for a second:
I went in Ableton Live to check what signal I was getting from my CDX; only the left was playing. I was fearing the worst; the right channel of my CDX wasn't producing any signal!!! I plugged in back to my mixer and began playing with the panning, both sides were ok, so I played a little with the right input of my Fast Track Pro and the sound came out!!! I was using a timecode at -13db so I put back the original at 89db and...100% signal!!!
