i have a hercules dj console m2 and i have lost the serial code, hercules told me you could give me a new one, can you?

hercules r still tellin me that yous have all the serial codes, i have sent them a copy of my invoice to prove i have bought a mk2 and still having no luck, wot r my options now?

Giving Hercules the serial number of your DJ Console MK2, they should in return give you the serial number of VDJ that is attached to that hardware serial number.
