Okay I'm confused about the 3ivx. I did download the codec & mp4 vids do infact work on vdj. But is what I downloaded a trial? It doesn't specify, it says 19.95 for the plus version but at the bottom of the download page it encourages you to buy it. Heres the link to what I downloaded (the windows version):

3ivx is not free codec, but the pro version is only really needed for ENCODING videos, not decoding (what vdj does)

For free solution :
For DivX, XviD, 3ivX playback use: freeware FFDSHOW

I have ffdshow instaled but I couldn't get it to do the decoding. I went to config & changed the mp4 to liva, is there anything else I have to change?
