Hi im having trouble with my MK2 console not been able to play a set with it anymore,
The probem: When i play a mix and im playing a track from deck B and i load deck A it stops the mix totally stops the sound from deck B.
Can someone help please.......

Turn your headphone selector to Deck A and immediatly switch it back to Deck B. I have the same problem and this is what I do before I start to mix or anything.

I'm using 4.2ir. I've always had trouble with this issue and this is how I fix the problem.

When I choose mixer on output and MK2 as sound card, I cannot use my external mixer. I have all the connections correct and I have my MK2 set to use "external mixer".

when i turn my computer on mk2 deck a cue light keep on i cant turn off. Console stand by,but still cue light on and deck a dosent work good

try reinstalling the software and get the lastest driver for your os
use the update tool on the start menu this will get the lastest for you automaticaly
