Hi,

I am using 4.1, and am having some weird issues- If I re-install it will it keep all my settings the same or better yet-

what will not be the same if I install 4.1 again.

Is there any benefit to doing this?

Refresh my memory on why you are still at 4.1?

Also, to answer your question - are you planning on doing a uninstall then re-install? Most likely not. If you are just installing over the top - haven't tried it but I would think it would set things back to defaults.

If you do plan on a re-install, recommend you use DJCel's registry tool and CLEAN the registry. Then do the install. Also, if you have DJCel's registry tool then you can reset the registry settings easy. Also, make sure you backup the XML files in VDJ folder - especially the database, keyboard and midi - since I know you have put time into all of them. Then you can just copy them back.

I'm still using 4.1 as well. What kind of issues have you been experiencing?

why may i ask ?

its buggy in some areas thats why we went to 4.2
