I am a Virtual DJ Pro user have the professional version and all but when I try to download sound effects it is telling me that I need to be a pro user. I have placed my serial number and all in my profile, does any one have any ideas?

thanks Simon, I already have typed it in there......when I access the link it already tells me I'm a register Pro User, it is kinda of strange, I went ahead and contacted the suppoert team, thanks again......
